Terms of Service

March 15, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of TikGo. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the related policies linked on this site. If you do not agree, please do not use TikGo.
1) What TikGo is
TikGo is a browser-based downloader for supported public links, including workflows for TikTok, Douyin, Facebook, Instagram, and X. TikGo is designed to help users request available media from public posts without requiring a standard account for normal downloader use.
TikGo operates independently and is not affiliated with TikTok, Douyin, Facebook, Instagram, X, or other upstream platforms.
TikGo may change, limit, pause, or remove parts of the service at any time for product, legal, provider, security, or operational reasons.
2) Permitted use
You may use TikGo only for lawful purposes. Typical permitted use may include:
- saving publicly accessible content for personal reference or offline viewing
- downloading material you own or have permission to use
- extracting files for lawful editing, research, or review
- testing public links to confirm whether a supported workflow still works
You are responsible for deciding whether your use of downloaded content is lawful in your situation.
3) Prohibited use
You may not use TikGo to:
- access private, protected, deleted, or permission-restricted content by bypassing access controls
- violate copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- run abusive automation, scraping, or high-volume misuse that harms service stability
- interfere with the site, infrastructure, rate limits, or security controls
- upload malware, attempt attacks, or misuse the service for fraud or disruption
- republish TikGo itself as a hosted download service without permission
TikGo may restrict, rate-limit, block, or review traffic that appears abusive, automated, unlawful, or operationally harmful.
4) Public-content-only service
TikGo is intended for public-link workflows. A link may still fail if:
- the post is private or protected
- the content was deleted
- the source stops exposing usable media
- the provider chain cannot return a working result
TikGo does not promise access to every public link and does not promise identical outputs for every platform or post type.
5) Intellectual property and user responsibility
Rights in downloaded media remain with the original creator, owner, or platform as applicable. TikGo does not transfer ownership of any media to you.
Users remain responsible for:
- confirming they have the right to download, store, edit, or reuse content
- following copyright and privacy rules
- respecting platform terms and content-owner rights
If you believe content accessed through TikGo infringes your rights, review /dmca.
6) Service availability and results
TikGo is provided on an as is and as available basis. Because the service depends on public URLs, upstream platforms, and operational load:
- some links may fail
- some posts may expose only one usable file
- some formats or quality options may not appear
- some large or complex requests may be limited during high load
TikGo may also add, remove, or adjust product behavior without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.
7) Third-party services and links
TikGo may rely on third-party infrastructure, forms, communications tools, analytics, or advertising systems. TikGo may also link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party websites or services.
8) Disclaimer
TikGo does not provide legal advice. Nothing on the site should be treated as a guarantee that a download, reuse, or redistribution decision is legally safe in every case.
TikGo also does not guarantee that:
- every result is complete or error-free
- every public post will remain supported
- every file will match a user's preferred format or quality
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TikGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
10) Related policies
These terms should be read together with:
11) Changes to these terms
TikGo may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised version.
